Ordering a Birth Certificate

Your midwife will process a birth certificate through the Washington Department of Health within 2-3 weeks following the birth. To order your birth certificate, please proceed to this link and follow the directions stated.


Enrolling in WIC

WIC is a federal assistance program of the Food and Nutrition Service to promote healthcare and nutrition for women, infants, and children under the age of five. Eligibility is based on household income and size. Half of the babies and one-third of the pregnant women in WA state qualify for the program.
